Twin Pines Adult Care Center provides holistic care to those we serve to keep them a vital part of their families and the communities in which they live. 

"Where Care and Choices Come Together" is the motto we have adopted to reflect our mission and dedication to those we serve.  This has been our philosophy since March 1, 1968, when we opened our doors to the residents of Adair and surrounding counties.

While there have been many changes over the years, Twin Pines Adult Care Center staff, management, and Board members have worked to consistently improve senior services to the area.  The medical community has recognized the continuous advances in wound care, clincal care, and quality assurance measures implemented at Twin Pines. 

Many people who visit Twin Pines comment that it doesn't "smell like a nursing home".  One of our many goals is to make Twin Pines home-like in every way possible.
